Well it has been a while since I made an entry just because things have been progressing about the same rate and no real changes. The major changes have been I am no consuming 3500 calories a day just to keep up with my metabolism. I think that is going to have to be bumped up yet again as I am quickly adjusting to that amount and consuming all of it without putting on any extra fat. Andrew says that if I keep fluctuating between 212 & 215, he is going to make me start eating high calorie junk food a couple times a week just to give me a boost. Currently I am at 216# according to my last weigh in. In addition to my food, I am now taking Creatine to try and help my endurance while lifting weights and shorten my recovery times. Andrew thinks with that, I should shoot up in weight, mass and strength. Here is crossing my fingers. Also, Andrew has changed my workout plan to include 5 exercises that I have to do in the following way:
1st - 5 reps for 5 sets
2nd - 8 reps for 4 sets
3rd - 10 reps for 3 sets
4th - 15 reps for 2 sets
5th - 20 reps for 1 set
I like this method because it seems like I am doing less towards the end, even though I am doing around the same. Let me tell you, by the 5th exercise, I am beat down and barely able to move. It really seems to be working I have to say. I seem to be getting bigger all over and new muscles I have never seen before keep popping up. It has been a real blast seeing the transformation through this whole process.
Summer is fast approaching finally and it is making me work all the harder to get to my goal. by the end of June I want to be close to where I want to be, but even now I am pretty happy. I can't imagine what 15 more pounds is going to look like!!!
